Terms and Conditions of Service and Refund Policy

Visas Abroad acts as a third-party service provider in conjunction with the services offered by the relevant issuing authority. We assist you in the visa application process, but the final decision rests with the relevant issuing authority and we cannot guarantee the outcome or length of your application. 

 

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service and Consular fees: All fees paid to Visas Abroad are final (both Consular and Service fees), and no refund of your Consular Fees can be made if application is rejected by the Embassy or the Immigration Authorities. 

 

2. However, if the Client is refused a visa due to the fault of Visas Abroad, or if it failed to meet a service level standard that it had guaranteed, a full refund of the Visas Abroad Service Fee will be granted. 

 

3. Visas Abroad can offer no refund for any delay in processing by third-party services or Embassy and/or Immigration authorities and is not held accountable for reimbursing consular fees made toward external authorities and organizations. 

 

4. Expedite Services: Whilst Visas Abroad can assist with expedited services, Visas Abroad can offer no guarantee of outcome or refund in the event of these services as Visas Abroad did not submit the original application. 

 

5. The Service fee charged by Visas Abroad for services rendered is determined according to our company standards, which all customers agree to upon acceptance of the quotation. Any complaints made after service confirmation, claiming that fees are too costly will not be accepted since they were already outlined in all of our information sources. 

 

6. Cancellation Fees: If you decide to cancel your application, cancellation fees will apply. The fees will be determined based on the amount of work that has been performed on your application. However, there will be no option to cancel our services once your application has been submitted. 

 

7. Non-communication with your appointed Visa Consultant for a period of 1 (one) month will be considered service delivered, even if the client leaves and /or does not cooperate after providing partial information. 

 

8. The client must furnish all relevant documents, forms, and information within a period of 14 (fourteen) days to the appointed Visa Consultant to complete the application submission process. If this is not done, no refund will be issued for service and advisory fees and Visa’s Abroad cannot be held liable for delays in the issuing of visas. 

 

9. The client must promptly advise the appointed Visa Consultant of all communications, be it written or verbal, within seven days of receiving them from the embassy or any other body related to processing. 


 

10. The client is obligated to attend each and every interview at the agency’s desired location, at their own expense, and comply with any given orders. Timely compliance is essential for the successful completion of processing. 

 

11. The client should be aware that if they choose to abandon their request or opt out for some reason at any time after signing up, no refund or transfer of the Visas Abroad Service fee will be given. 

 

12. The client will provide all essential information and documents, including English translations, in a specified format as directed by Visas Abroad or any relevant authority. Translating these documents is the client’s responsibility, and they are expected to bear costs. 

 

13. The client understands that submitting documents to the embassy or authority is the client’s responsibility; even if the documents are provided by us, you need to check and ensure the document and information are right. If any of your documentation appears fake, inaccurate, incorrect, or insufficient in any way, Visas Abroad will not be held accountable for it nor its potential negative implications. 

 

14. Visas Abroad has the right to terminate/withdraw their services without refund of the Service Fee of the client on the below terms: 

 

a. With the intention of providing quality service, clients must submit all necessary documents within 1 (one) month from the date of their registration. If not, the fee paid to us will be considered void. 

b. Tries to malign the name of the company in whatsoever manner, which tampers the functioning of the business or reputation. 

c. Doesn’t respond to the emails and calls made by the company for more than a month and backs out due to personal reasons.

14. Visas Abroad is a private company, not affiliated with any governmental organization or embassy. We can only assist by providing guidance and advice for those who wish to travel abroad. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to grant visas. 

 

Please Note that the final outcome on all request’s rests with the relevant government departments in their respective countries and Visas Abroad does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome or success of your application. Our agreements with clients are drawn on the bedrock of trust, sincerity, and security, and each option is spelled out clearly.
